Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using FasterDM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FasterDM is a SaaS platform that allows users to automate Instagram direct messages and comment replies in response to comments on their Instagram posts and reels. The Service integrates with Meta's Instagram Graph API and is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account, linked to a Facebook Page as required by Instagram's API, to use the Service.

When you connect your Instagram account, you grant FasterDM access to the permissions you approve during the OAuth flow. Because Instagram's API requires a linked Facebook Page to issue messaging permissions, this flow also asks for read access to that Page — solely to obtain your Instagram messaging permissions, not as a separate Facebook automation feature. These permissions may include reading your linked Page, managing comments, and sending Instagram messages on your behalf. FasterDM will only use these permissions to provide the Service and will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) through our payment processors, Razorpay and Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
• No refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or fees already charged, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Price changes: We may change subscription fees with prior notice. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is successfully completed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or Meta's policies.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. API availability depends on Meta's platform, which is outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasterDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
